Here is a collection of PDP-11 simulators:

			Comparison of PDP-11 Simulators

Platform |	32-bit Unix	MS-DOS 32-bit Unix	BSDi,
	     | SunOS 4.1 & 5.x,
	     | OSF1 (Alpha)

	     | KW11L RX11/RX01
	     |
Speed(*) |	86 19 84 56
	     |

	* Crude speed is the time in seconds to boot 2.9BSD to the single-user
prompt from an RL02, on a 486DX2-66 machine with 16M of memory,
	  running either MS-DOS 6.2 or FreeBSD 1.1

There is also a simulator that runs 7th Edition a.out binaries, apout. This
doesn't need to simulate devices, so is much faster than the above simulators
when performing lots of I/O.
