cgname - collect file names from {e,f,}grep output

yes, it does the following to commands simultaneously:
fgrep BLAH *
fgrep -l BLAH *
---but--- that's beside the point.  If I had known about -l, the program
would never have been written! Moral: Warren should RTFM even on "simple"
commands :-).
