Archive sites?

Does anyone know of an archive site for alt.sources?

eric at snark.uu.net recently posted some of Tom Plum's C utilities,
including a validation suite and a macro expansion explainer, which
I am eager to get my hands on.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
