Portable bit map programs

Look on expo.lcs.mit.edu:contrib/pbmplus.tar.Z for the software, and
expo:contrib/poskbitmaptars/* for a collection of pictures.  For those
without Internet access, get osu-cis!~/X.V11R3/contrib/pbmplus.tar.Z,
etc.  See osu-cis!~/ls-lR.Z to find out the filenames.
