tcsh 5.20.01 binaries

Grovel, grovel.....

Has anyone got the binaries for tcsh 5.20.01 for Sun 3's under SunOS 4.0.3
(both with and without MC68881) anywhere ? Also I would desparately like
it for a Sequent Symmetry under Dynix, and possibly for a Sun 4 under SunOS
4.0.1.

Could someone point me to the kind soul compiled the 5.20.00 version for
some of these systems.
