Lharc incompatibility

I've also noticed a simple compatibility problem with lharc 1.13c on the PC:
If I make a lharc file with lowercase names on a Unix system, I will have
to unpack the whole archive on the PC, because I cannot specify a lowercase
name as a filename to be extracted.  Minor, but annoying...
