Looking for xtank

Hello,
a good year ago, there was a game called 'xtank' that
went trough the usenet. (I am not absolutely sure if it
realy went trough the net, but I think so :-) )
Has anybody any idea, where this game might still be 
found? The major archives didn't have this file anymore...
