xmartin 2.1 (patchlevel 1) available

xmartin 2.1 (an X11 root window decorator) is available:

   o from uxc.cso.uiuc.edu in pub/xfroot/xmartin.shar
   o from export.lcs.mit.edu in contrib/xmartin.tar.Z
   o by email request to ejk at ux2.cso.uiuc.edu

In patchlevel 1:

   o new pattern function (-f ejk3)
   o static (XImage) plotting mode is back by popular request (-static)
   o Sequent/Convex color parsing fix
   o default dynamic points lowered from 8192 to 1024 to prevent X-Vision 
     & XSight server crashes
   o xmartin+ recognizes xmartin "-d" option
