Bug in 4.2 DBX crashing system.

The bug:
Dbx caused our system to crash on a panic: munhash.
This occured when after our user had set a stop on a line
number and then proceeded to run the target program.

My plea(s):
Has a bug fix for this gone out on the net already?
Are there other bugs and/or fixes that we should be
aware of here?
If so could someone please mail it/them to me?
