How to cheat with priorities.

We are running 4.2BSD on a VAX 11/750. When a job has been running
continuously for ten minutes it's "nice" value automatically drops from 0 to 4.

As the ordinary user is not allowed to raise the "nice" value, here is a way to
stop it going to 4: using "/etc/renice", set it to 1 before the system sets it
to 4 -- it will stay at 1 for ever more.
