cp file2/ file2/ (with no -r on 4.2)

Try cp with two dirs as arguments and no -r on 4.2. A "copy" of the first dir
is put in the second. By copy I mean a data file which looks like the first
dir, but isn't a dir. Is this supposed to be a feature?
