Dual Termcap Entry

There are lots of conflicts in the two-character names in termcap.
>From the 4.2 manual:  "The first name is always 2 characters long and
is used in older version 6 systems which store the terminal type in a
16 bit word in a systemwide data base."  While it doesn't really say so,
it implies that the two-character names aren't really intended to be
used any more, and this was the intent of the implementors.

Xterm users should use the name "xterms", Televideo users should use
"912b" or "912c" as appropriate.  If you're really on a V6 system, then
trim termcap down to reference those terminals that you really have
and be sure that the two-character names are unique.

Along the same line, there are sometimes two-character names that
*aren't* first - the name "dw" appears in the Decwriter entry.  This
causes confusion with the "other" dw, which is a vt52.
