Jove botch when no character delete

We have a number of terminals that are too smart for their own good,
and they sometimes botch character delete when using Emacs (the results
can even lock up the terminal). Because of this, we removed the :dc:
from the termcap entries for these terminals.

The result was that jove no longer worked correctly with respect to
deleting characters. Instead of redrawing the entire line as one would
expect, jove just blindly prints out the contents of the :dc: string,
which is empty, so the screen is unchanged.
