...and one based on the assumption that the old code actually *was*
proprietary; in many cases, the only reason it didn't have the
redistribution stuff is either that:

	1) they hadn't actually sat down and checked that there wasn't
	   any AT&T code

or

	2) they hadn't invented the redistribution rights comment yet.
