Interesting problems in sys5

I suspect that many interesting problems in the common AT&T base have
been discussed here over the years.  Have any of you been keeping a
list you could post?  I would find a concise summary of the inherited
problems in the kernel and in the tools of enormous utility, and I
suspect many others would too.
