Here's what I know (direct from the horse's mouth) about AT&T C/370:

	(1) A source license costs $4000
	(2) The right to distribute runtime object code costs
	    $200/shot
	(3) It's a cross-compiler designed for System V, but
should run without hitch on 4.x (so the man said)
	(4) They won't sell the manual separately; don't know
	    why not

Here's what I don't know:

	(0) Is anyone out there actually running it?

	(1) How difficult it is to get running (especially under
4.2, which we're going to get)? Is it just 'make' and
	    you're off and running?

	(2) How well suited is the I/O library to the MVS environment?
Seems it wouldn't be all that smooth to represent MVS files
	    as streams of bytes.

	(3) How buggy is it?

I presume that this also applies to their other compilers (for CDC,
etc.), but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance for any info.
