cdecl posted to net.sources

I've received an amazing number of requests for cdecl, so I've
reposted it.  ARPA sites can also use anonymous FTP to host
MARYLAND.ARPA to get the file "cdecl.shar".  Note that (a) I
didn't write it (it came over the net) and (b) the sources
are for 4.1BSD; I don't know under what conditions it compiles.
