Lint for the IBM PC?

I am looking for a version of "lint" for the IBM PC.
The only one I have found comes the the "Wizard C" programming package.  
I would rather not purchase the entire Wizard package if the just the lint
program itself can be obtained.
If such a thing exists (commercially, privately, etc.), I would appreciate 
the information.
(Has anyone ever written a public domain lint?)
