extended-memory "C"?

Is there a "C" compiler available that can be told to put some arrays in
extended memory (above the 640KB limit) on an IBM PC?

N.B. This feature was available (mutatis mutandis) in RSX-11 Fortran, where 
it was called "virtual arrays".
