There is another thing that should be reintroduced:  case ranges in switch
statements.  These were part of B (although they were not in BCPL):

	switch (x) {
	    case <0:	/* ... */
		break;
	    case 0::10:	/* ... */
		break;
	    case >10:	/* ... */
	    default:
	}
