How about this syntax:

    struct foo { int *x, y; } foobar();

    struct foo foobar(arg)
    int arg;
    {
	int *a, *b;

    ...
	return {a, 1};
    ...
	return {b, 0};
    }

This way, all you're adding to the existing language is aggregate expressions.
