In regard to all those BITNET lossage messages, i.e.:

I sent a note to info-c-request at brl.arpa, info-c at ndsuvm1.bitnet,
and sxjvk at alaska.bitnet.  Feel free to roast the BITNET sites,
but don't flame at info-c-request too much.

I am curious, tho, if the user does not exit or has never logged on,
how the !@#$ they managed to subscribe to the info-c list?
