Array indexing vs. pointers.(please use correct terminology!)

I just finished reading someones rendition of C to MACHINE language! UGHN!!

MACHINE language looks something like this (for a 32 bit word):

10010010111011011000110110011101

.
.
   
   Assembler may look something like what this person wrote but only with
   heavy macro use!!  Please get terminology straight.
