Clarification needed on Pointers/Arrays

Other areas like....

	struct foo a, b;
	a = b;

for example?  I see no essential difference, except for the weight of
history: arrays have always been converted to pointers in expressions,
therefore they always must be.  (No similar requirement ever existed
for structs, of course.)
