Is aix C comp ansi? (Was: void * not handled in AIX C compiler)

It is not ANSI C.  Among other things, it doesn't support the new-style
functions, so it cannot be ANSI.

The PS/2 AIX 1.1 C compiler is however "more" ANSI.  It does support the
new-style functions, but not trigraphs.

It appears that neither conforms to the (still) non-existing ANSI C standard,
but the PS/2 one is much closer than the RT one.
