automated prototype conversion/unconversion

Does anyone have a utility that will take 'old' style .c and .h files
and convert them to using ANSI prototypes.  More importantly, I need a
utility to reverse the process (so I can export my code). Also, is
there a version of lint around that can deal with prototypes. Pointers
to archives would be fine as I have ftp access to Internet.

I don't normally read this group so don't flame me if this has been hashed out
a million times before.
