Looking for ANSI C header generator

My local Usenet archive doesn't seem to have anything on this important
need. I have been looking for an ANSI C header generator (in goes a source
module, out comes a .h file with ANSI prototypes for inclusion in other
source modules).

I've located a couple which I haven't got to work. Can someone mail me
info?

I don't believe I have any ftp capability, just uucp with no neighbors!
