Ms DOS curses

pccurs14.arc is an MSDOS implementation of the Curses library and can
be gotten via anonymous ftp from wsmr-simtel20.army.mil in pd:<msdos.screen>
and from wuarchive.wustl.edu in mirrors/msdos/screen/
