My translator, p2c, was posted on comp.sources.unix earlier this year.
You can get it from the archives of that group on uunet.uu.net or elsewhere.
It's too large to send by email, though.

If you do obtain access to anonymous FTP, the latest version (1.18 at
present) can be found on csvax.cs.caltech.edu.
