K&R to ANSI C translator

Does anyone know where one can find a translator that will take K&R C
code as input and produce code with ANSI-style function definitions as
output? I've seen several programs that will generate ANSI function
prototypes, but I want a program that will also change the C source
code by rearranging function definitions. Thanks in advance.
