Automatic funtion documentation s/w availiable?

I was wondering if there is any source code out there to automatically 
document user written C source code from the info contained in a standard
format function header (ie. comment).  It should be able to parse the
headers, sort them, and then output selected info to a file.  Any pointers
to sources would be helpful.  Thanks in advance !
