File compilation errors...

I am trying to compile an IRC client that I got via anon FTP for
VM/XA SP. The program is written in IBM C and VS-Pascal. My problem
comes along when I try to compile. Although the author says the file is
written in IBM C, I get a bunch of compiler errors. There are about
20 files that make the program up. A REXX script is used to compile all
of the separate parts and eventually make a module. If anyone is
interested in helping, please e-mail me. If you want to try to
compile it on your own:

FTP 134.106.1.9
CD pub/irc/VM
mget *

* There are two readme files with information in this directory. You need
approximately 1 meg disk space (may need to get temporary space).
* The REXX script is called MAKEIRC. The readme files contain crucial
information about some TXTLIBs that are needed and some other info.

If anyone gets this compiled, PLEASE send it to me???
  Thanks in advance......
