Can labels be put into asm statements in g++ 1.36.3 or higher

The title says it all.  I am using inline routines that have a loop within
them.  The machines are a Sun 3/80 under 4.0.3 and a Sequent Symmetry under
DYNIX.  I can't figure out how to put the loop in however....
