Turbo C graphics/text drivers -- how do I do 132/40 columns?

I am using an AT&T6386WGS  (386 system) with a VDC600 card (higher end
VGA card).  It supports 132 columns by 40 rows; how do I get Turbo C v.2
to support/handle this?

If it is of any help I get wordperfect 5.1 to go into 132x40 mode by telling
it to use a paradise driver.
