Choosing/using a User Group bank account

Hi there UG folk,
	As treasurer of a newly formed UK user group I was wondering if
anyone had advice on the pitfalls of opening/managing a group current
account in the UK. The group contributions will be annual per member
company (less than 200 pounds each).
	Is there any advantage in having a lot of signatures before funds
are withdrawn ? --- I'd like to keep things as simple as possible, but I
guess two is a sensible minimum.

PS. As far as user group meetings go, what policy do your various groups
have for non-member attendance?
