New mailing list - news-interfaces

As per my announcement last Tuesday night, I have created a mailing
list on NET.BIO.NET to deal with user interface design issues.  This
list will cover a variety of topics including the utilization of
the bitmap, color, and sound into our interface.

Postings are directed to news-interfaces at NET.BIO.NET.
