It is now official.  There may be some delay as Kent gets set up and the various
accounts and aliases on uunet are adjusted.

It's been a pleasure working with everyone out there, but all things must end
and the time has come for me to bow out.  I'll hopefully see all of you around
the Usenet, assuming I can find some free time to play with.
