GNUPlot on a PC

I looked at the instructions for compiling the GNU Plot
source on a PC and saw a makefile. Does MSC v4.0 come
with a make program ? All I have access to is v3.0 and
there is no make there. I guess I'll just send a disk
in the mail for the PC version. 

I was able to get the program working on both a Pyramid,
running some kind of Unix and a VAX 750 running VMS 4.5.

Is there a HP LaserJet driver for the IBM PC version ?
If not , how easy would it be to write one ?
