OSU-CIS archives (gcc 1.39)

Can someone tell me what's going on?

The README file in the /pub/att7300 directory tells me that there is now
a file called (and I quote) 'gcc-gas.tar.Z', yet my ftp server tells me
consistently that the file does _not_ exist.

Someone know what's going on?
