Do you have people calling into your 3B1 with a 3B1 - OBM?  I going to guess
and say you don't.  If you did, they would be complaining about bit shaving
because you have the interface speed locked.  I'd love to lock my interface
speed at 19200 but then people with 3B1's can't call into my telebit with
their OBM.
