Graphics programs for the 3B1

I'm looking for some graphics programs for the 3b1.  I have one called
Paint_Power, but it's very limited and doesn't have a portable format
to use this other applications like pbm, etc...  Or maybe by sheer luck
is there something that's public domain?  Anything?

Any info would be appreciated.
