Screenprint queues, but doesn't print!

For some reason, when I press SHIFT-print
(print key and shift at the same time)
I get a message box saying that my print job is being queued,
but nothing happens.
 
Does anybody know how the screen print works,
or have any suggestions on how to get mine to work right?
