No.  It's just nroff.  How something could be DWB 2.anything without troff
is a little hard to comprehend.  If only they had shipped the old CAT troff
we'd have *something* that can be made to work.  I know, how about asking
for CAT troff binaries in the next FIX disk if there's ever one?

I've got the sources for groff.  But you need g++ first...  Does anybody have
g++ ported and binaries of it available for uucp?

Nils-Peter rather blithly ruled out DWB 3.1 for 3b1's which is rather
unfortunate (suggesting that it would cost 100's of dollars for a simple
compile and a set of floppies.  For some reason he thinks AT&T would
have to market the durn thing.)
