PS command on 3b1

Anyone out there know if there is some pd program that will emulate
the PS command, only in SysVr3(or 4) format, so that the output
will display as the newer versions of unix does..... which inludes the
pathname, or full command issued ????     

What about a binary replacement solution to the ugly shell script called
'whodo'?
