CDRAW problems

[Forrie Aldrich]

Uh oh.  When I went to run CDRAW (from OSU-CIS archives) I kept
getting an error that said "Initialization error."

I had my environment variables set properly I think, etc.  And I did
not fiddle with the makefile... so what could be wrong?
