OBM code to talk to Telebit

A couple of months ago, a scrap of code to futz with the OBM line
settings, allowing it to talk to a TB+/T2500 was posted.  I'm now
in the situation of needing it, but I didn't save it back then.  Could
some kind soul mail me a copy?
