floppy jumpers

A while back someone posted the jumpers for using a 5 1/4
Mitsubishi 1.2 meg floppy as a 720 K drive. Anybody (Floyd?)
know how to set the jumpers to use a 5 1/4 TEAC 1.2 meg floppy
drive as a 720 K drive? In particular, I need to know which
jumpers change the speed.

More generally, I sure wish someone would publish a "big book of
jumpers" ... at least for disk drives. I know I'd buy it!

Also, I wonder if anyone makes a "self-double-stepper," i.e., a
5 1/4 drive that could act as either a 48 or 96 tpi via a jumper
or signal, as opposed to having the driver do double stepping
for the wider track spacing.

thanks,
