perl 4 and sdbm

I posted a problem with compiling perl on my 3b1. I was using
Ozan Yigit's sdbm package and gcc. It turns out that gcc does not like
ndbm much, (has to do with passing structures differently than pcc).

The fix was to simply re-compile hash.c (calls ndbm) with cc.

All of the tests now pass.

Thanks to all who gave me help.

PS. This is potentially a problem whenever gcc and ndbm are used.
