Wanted: 6300PLUS tech ref manual

The Technical Reference Manual for the AT&T 6300PLUS seems to be
out of print.  Is anybody willing to part with theirs for money
or barter?
  Let's not waste bandwidth here: I need the manual for the 6300PLUS
(80286 chip), not the plain 6300.
