elm on the UNIX-PC?

mailx is not in the Electronic Mail distribution.  nroff, but not troff, is in
the Documentation Preparation package.

I had no problem compiling it.  The install script works pretty well.  But,
I thought that the UNIXPC has never had a problem with >8 char identifiers.
I thought it could take up to 16 and possible 32 char identifiers.  At least,
I've never run across ANY conflicts when compiling any of the freeware that
comes over the net.
